Are You in His Will?

Perhaps an alternative title to today’s devotion could be “What Does God Want with Me?”

This is a question I hear quite often, and one that I think about ten times as often. I have long considered my place in this world and determined that there surely must be more for me to do. But this is flawed thinking.

Maybe a better alternative to the devotion is; “Am I doing what God wants?”

I like this idea better because it takes all the emphasis off of my selfishness. Too often, we become narrow in our thoughts because it is so natural to make everything relate to us. If you want a humorous take on this idea, please click here.

Today, my prayer for you and I is that we will continually question if our actions are God-approved.
