The Testimony of the Two

And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elijah. ~ Matthew 17:3

Yesterday, we set up “The Testimony of the Two” in which Moses and Elijah were with Jesus as he presented the three disciples (Peter, James and John) with a glimpse of the coming glory in the kingdom of God.

Moses and Elijah presented testimonies hundreds of years after their deaths – proving eternal life. But did these two great beings come for show or to talk about themselves?

No.

They came and delivered testimonies on one topic only; that of Christ and Him crucified.

Today, my prayer for you and I is that we will remain continual pointers to Him.
