No Other Rock

Your life is hid with Christ in God. ~ Colossians 3:3

We often think of a hiding place as a dark place where you cannot be seen. But the fact of the matter is that a bright light is equally blinding. We Christians are hidden in the light.

Think about it . . . who lingers in darkness? Killers, thieves, rapists, criminals and other deceptive folks. The hopeless, the shameful, the unsaved. They all represent darkness. They are attempting to hide in the darkness.

Meanwhile, you and I are hid in the light of Christ in God.

Today, my prayer for you and I is that we will introduce others to the light.
