Music Tuesday: Thousand Foot Krutch
September 18, 2007 at 6:45 pm | In music |I’ll be back to posting about the devotions tomorrow. For today, I want to focus on the new release from Thousand Foot Krutch called The Flame in All of Us. I picked up the CD today and have been listening to it ever since.
Lots of good tracks and I am not sure I have a favorite yet - although I have been listening to about 4 or 5 of them for a bout a month through their PureVolume tracks.
One song that I hadn’t heard before today was Wish You Well. While checking out their album website (theflameinallofus.com), I came across this acoustic performance video. Check it out. Good stuff.

We’re playing ‘What Do We Know’ by Thousand Foot Krutch on fairly high rotation on radio here.

Rodney-That is a great song. Seems to be played quite a bit on the Christian stations here in the midwest part of the USA too (not just on “modern Christian” stations too). I saw them about four or five years ago when they had just put out “Set it Off” - interesting to reflect on how their style has changed since then.
While I still like their music, whenever they release a new disc, I listen to it a lot and then start listening to SIO and recall how much I love it. Guess I liked their “punk” style a little more than what they do now. But I still love it all, don’t get me wrong.
