Music Tuesday: Thousand Foot Krutch

September 18, 2007 at 6:45 pm | In music |

I’ll be back to posting about the devotions tomorrow. For today, I want to focus on the new release from Thousand Foot Krutch called The Flame in All of Us. I picked up the CD today and have been listening to it ever since.

Lots of good tracks and I am not sure I have a favorite yet - although I have been listening to about 4 or 5 of them for a bout a month through their PureVolume tracks.

One song that I hadn’t heard before today was Wish You Well. While checking out their album website (theflameinallofus.com), I came across this acoustic performance video. Check it out. Good stuff.

  1. We’re playing ‘What Do We Know’ by Thousand Foot Krutch on fairly high rotation on radio here.

  2. Rodney-That is a great song. Seems to be played quite a bit on the Christian stations here in the midwest part of the USA too (not just on “modern Christian” stations too). I saw them about four or five years ago when they had just put out “Set it Off” - interesting to reflect on how their style has changed since then.

While I still like their music, whenever they release a new disc, I listen to it a lot and then start listening to SIO and recall how much I love it. Guess I liked their “punk” style a little more than what they do now. But I still love it all, don’t get me wrong.
